Corona’s Spree is a game inspired by the 2020 worldwide pandemic virus spread, where the goal is to manage a city by preventing the evolution of population contamination while working to prevent its popularity from falling with the actions taken.

Written in MSX BASIC and compiled with MSXBAS2ROM, this is a MSX 1 compatible game.

Install instructions

Technical specification

  • This is a MSX 1 compatible game written in MSX-Basic and compiled with MSXBAS2ROM tool;
  • 32kb ROM file size;
  • 32kb RAM as minimum requirement for running as cartridge on emulators (OpenMSX or WebMSX), and 64kb for running from loaders on real machines (memory mapper or MegaRAM is recommended);
  • Two players support (keyboard or joystick).
